1. The service

StudyCanvas is a study app for Windows. By installing and using the app you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for the use of your account and for the content you create in the app.

3. Your content

The content you create is yours. It stays on your computer and, if you enable it, in backups in your Google Drive. We recommend keeping backups on: we have no copy of your content and cannot recover it if it is lost.

4. AI features

AI-generated answers may contain mistakes. Check important information against official sources before relying on it for exams, work or decisions. AI usage through the StudyCanvas service may have a monthly limit per person, and access may be suspended in case of abuse.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to break the law or infringe the rights of others, or to try to bypass the limits of the AI service or access other people's data.

6. Warranties and liability

The app is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it working and secure, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or always available.

If this translation and the Portuguese version differ, the Portuguese version prevails.
